SLSA Resource Development Assistant - Surf Life Saving Australia

We are looking for a driven, enthusiastic person who has that can do attitude, is optimistic and eternally vigilant and has a keen interest in the development of the resources which assist in the education of Surf Life Saving members.

Reporting to the Education Manager, this position will provide administrative and logistical assistance to the Education portfolio.

We are looking for a self-motivated administrator who ideally has a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, and has experience in the area of education (preferably in the Surf Life Saving environment)

SLSA Support Officer - Surf Life Saving Australia

We are looking for customer service focused person with personality, initiative and knowledge of Surf Life Saving to join our Membership and Business IT Support team. This position is based at SLSA Head Office in Rosebery, and we are able to offer a four day week over a 7 day week permanent position with flexible work arrangement opportunities.  

This position is primarily responsible for providing efficient phone and electronic support to people from Clubs, Branches and States who use National IT applications including SurfGuard, Lifesaving Online, Carnival Manager and other web based applications as well as suite of new systems that are being rolled out this coming season.

NOTE: The position is a business support based role, rather than technically based and ‘on the job’ IT training will be provided to the successful applicant as required.
