SLSA Support Officer - Surf Life Saving Australia
We are looking for customer service focused person with personality, initiative and knowledge of Surf Life Saving to join our Membership and Business IT Support team. This position is based at SLSA Head Office in Rosebery, and we are able to offer a four day week over a 7 day week permanent position with flexible work arrangement opportunities.
This position is primarily responsible for providing efficient phone and electronic support to people from Clubs, Branches and States who use National IT applications including SurfGuard, Lifesaving Online, Carnival Manager and other web based applications as well as suite of new systems that are being rolled out this coming season.
NOTE: The position is a business support based role, rather than technically based and ‘on the job’ IT training will be provided to the successful applicant as required.

Communications and PR Executive - Digital - Surf Life Saving Australia
We are looking for a Communications & PR native to help us grow our communities and deliver our story across multiple platforms including our website, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, Instagram and Google+.
You will be able to create and deliver key SLS messages through media releases and campaigns and be able to adapt and communicate these messages across mutliple communications channels.
You will coordinate our our digital and social content play, deliver best practice and educate our teams on how to maximise engagement. You are confident, enthusiastic and will hit the ground running, you will develop a good knowledge of the business through creating strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders and you won’t be afraid to get your hands dirty. You thrive in a fast paced working environment and are able to prioritise and show a high level of detail at all times.
Whilst you thrive on digital and social you can navigate media announcements, launches, events, marketing campaigns and partner programs in the more traditional sense.
