MEDIA ACCREDITATION

TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ACCREDITATION

Accreditation can be collected from the event host venue upon arrival.

In consideration of being granted the right to enter the event area, all accredited entrants are required to abide by the following accreditation terms and conditions.

1. Accreditation is a privilege not a right which SLSA may withdraw at any time. SLSA reserves the right to refuse accreditation or revoke accreditation.
2. Passes are non-transferable and must be worn correctly at all times.
3. Accreditation passes remain the property of SLSA and must be returned upon completion.
4. The event's Emergency Procedures must be adhered to at all times.
5. All accredited entrants agree to the Ticket Conditions of Sale and Entry displayed at all venue entry points including agreeing to accept the risk(s) of entering the event and not hold SLSA, its directors, employees, contractors or agents responsible for any personal injury, loss or damage however caused, including any negligence (but no gross negligence), breach of duty, default and/or omission on the part of SLSA (except in the case of employees injured in the course of performing their duties, to whom this exclusion does not apply).
