About Coach Mentor

Coach Mentors support coaching course candidates as they progress through their training.

Mentor responsibilities will vary, however they may include:
  • Supporting coaches as they complete the on-line aspects of their training
  • Supporting coaches as they prepare to undertake their discipline specific on-the-job assessment
  • Supporting coaches after they are accredited, i.e. to continue their development

What qualifications and/or prerequisites do I need?

To undertake this role you need to hold or obtain the following qualifications and prerequisites:

SLSA coach accreditation at least at the level you are mentoring.
